Caroline Orokos, Exercise Physiologist, was born and raised in North Brunswick, NJ along with her two older brothers. Growing up she enjoyed competitive gymnastics, cheerleading, lacrosse,and her three dogs.
After years in sports, a passion for fitness and helping others influenced her to pursue a career in healthcare. While obtaining an undergraduate degree, she worked during summer breaks as a Physical Therapy aide at Lawrence Rehab hospital. She also completed an exercise physiology internship at Nemours Children’s Hospital in Delaware. There, she worked in the Healthy Weight and Wellness program for children with obesity, as well as assisted with cardiac exercise testing. She graduated from West Chester University with a degree in Exercise
Science, and a cheerleading National Championship title. Along with an undergraduate degree, she obtained an Exercise Physiologist Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
During her free time, she enjoys taking cycle classes, exploring new places and spending time with family and friends.
